ANDREW CHAMP

Andrew is Executive Director of not-for-profit Solid Wall Insulation Guarantee Agency (SWIGA) and has extensive experience in the retrofit sector.

In his role at SWIGA Andrew has developed quality processes in the application of solid wall insulation to reduce insurance-based payments.  He has also written many of the training standards for insulation-based fabric first applications including external wall, internal wall and Park homes.  He is an adviser to the UK government on retrofit PAS standards, and to the Department for Energy & Net Zero (DESNZ) and the Scottish and Welsh governments on retrofit standards and skills-based training.
