Lee is the Executive Director of Property Services at St Leger Homes Doncaster. He is responsible for the leadership and management of the Property Services directorate, ensuring appropriate strategies and plans are in place for the planning and delivery of capital investment programmes, repairs and maintenance and compliance works.
He has worked in construction all his working life, and in the property social housing sector for the last 22 years where he has held a number of roles. While these have all been property focused they have included lead roles in repairs service delivery, sustainability, new business and PFI and competitive procurement. The latter seeing success in the award of the PFI contract in Salford for the housing and public realm regeneration.
Lee is a member of the Chartered Institute of Building and is also actively involved in many networks and working groups that focus on improving the efficiency of in-house workforces and the retrofit agenda.
