EN:Procure offers its members a range of cutting-edge procurement solutions through our frameworks that are:

  • Fast, efficient, easy to use compliant procurement frameworks that remove the need to undertake costly and time-consuming procurement processes.
  • Offer reduced risk – added protection in using a framework
  • Offer Significant reduction in procurement timescales from a few months to weeks.
  • Have the flexibility in the planning and running of tender processes via mini-competition or by direct award.
  • Offer Greater transparency and control of expenditure.
  • Have transparent prices that can be further reduced by competition at call off or provide a basis from which to inititate further negotiations of specific contracts.
  • Resourced with experienced procurement and contract manager to guide you through every step.
  • Provide ongoing framework management support throughout the life of any contract, providing contract management expertise and advice.
  • Active monitoring of framework contractors on live schemes against framework KPIs to ensure that they continue to meet our high expected standards when working for you.
  • To contribute to regional economic regeneration EN:Procure has appointed high performing contractors, most of these contractors are SMEs. EN:Procure promotes local economic growth with community investment and employment and skills training.

A key, unique, money-saving feature of EN:Procure Ltd. frameworks is that they allow members to split out labour and materials on refurbishment contracts, benefiting from both  a direct saving on the materials purchased secured through our market leading deals, and a secondary contract saving as a result of the reduced contract profit and overheads charged on the remaining contract costs.  As a result these can combine to become double digit contract savings versus non labour/material split contract arrangements.

All our frameworks have specific category managers assigned who have expertise in specific fields to guide you through the procurement lifecycle, support and advise you along with sharing best practice.

All of EN:Procure’s frameworks and procurement routes have dedicated professionals who will be on hand to support you in the management of the contract throughout it’s whole life to ensure that it delivers your contract objectives.

Our dedicated Materials Category Management team are proven experts at securing the best market rates for materials, and insulating members against price increases and inflation.

In addition to our frameworks, we have a range of Dynamic Purchasing System which provide a wider range of contractors, support SMEs and adapt more readily to changing markets, as we understand one size does not fit all.

Additionally, where required EN:Procure can help develop and deliver procurement and supply chain strategies outside our framework and DPS offers, which achieve or exceed customers’ expectations.
