founded on our organisational values. The foundation
stone value ‘We make it happen together’ lies at the heart
of all three elements.

OUR ESG STRATEGY

We are increasingly aware of our role in improving the impact our operations have on the environment and, more importantly, the sector’s impact on the environment and our role in supporting social housing to contribute to zero carbon targets. This ESG strategy formalises our Environment, Social and Governance Strategy and carries through into the 3-year business cycle 2023+.
