EN:Procure Installation, Responsive Repairs and Maintenance DPS supports top up for DLO

Efficiency North member St Leger Homes contacted EN:Procure before Christmas 2022 requiring up to three local SME contractors to support their DLO (Direct Labour Organisation) to deliver voids and responsive repairs work in the Doncaster area.

This was an ideal opportunity to utilise EN:Procure’s DPS (Dynamic Procurement System) framework for Installation, Responsive Repairs and Maintenance Lot 29.  The three contractors appointed are Concorde BGW, STM 360 and Burngreave Building Co Ltd.

Following contract sign off, works will commence from April onwards.

Mark Coogan, Head of Repairs and Maintenance at St Leger Homes commented; “I was very impressed with the way EN:Procure provided support with this tender and delivered a first-class service.”

EN:Procure Director of Operations Emma Mottram said; “I am delighted that EN:Procure’s Dynamic Purchasing System for Installation, Responsive Repairs and Maintenance provided such flexibility to assist our St Ledger Homes access local SME companies to generate wider benefits for the residents of Doncaster whilst being able to assist the DLO to meet their customers’ needs.
