What is a Dynamic Purchasing System?

A Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) is similar to a Framework Agreement, except new Contractors can join at any time through an OJEU compliant route.

A DPS is utilised via a 2-stage approach.  A brief summary of each stage is detailed below:

Contractors can join a DPS framework arrangement at any point though its lifetime.

The application process tends to be simpler and less costly to prepare. Therefore, DPSs tend to be more attractive to SMEs to apply for.

In November 2019, EN:Procure launched a Dynamic Purchasing System for Installation, Repsonsive Repairs and Maintenance. The lots are:

Lot 1 Installation, Maintenance and/or Repairs to Plumbing Systems – North Yorkshire   

Lot 2 Installation, Maintenance and/or Repairs to Plumbing Systems – South Yorkshire   

Lot 3 Installation, Maintenance and/or Repairs to Plumbing Systems – West Yorkshire     

Lot 4 Installation, Maintenance and/or Repairs to Plumbing Systems – East Yorkshire and Northern Lincolnshire  

Lot 5 Installation, Maintenance and/or Repairs to Gas and Heating Systems – North Yorkshire      

Lot 6 Installation, Maintenance and/or Repairs to Gas and Heating Systems – South Yorkshire      

Lot 7 Installation, Maintenance and/or Repairs to Gas and Heating Systems – West Yorkshire       

Lot 8 Installation, Maintenance and/or Repairs to Gas and Heating Systems – East Yorkshire and Northern Lincolnshire               

Lot 9 Installation, Maintenance and/or Repairs to Electrical Systems – North Yorkshire    

Lot 10 Installation, Maintenance and/or Repairs to Electrical Systems – South Yorkshire  

Lot 11 Installation, Maintenance and/or Repairs to Electrical Systems – West Yorkshire   

Lot 12 Installation, Maintenance and/or Repairs to Electrical Systems – East Yorkshire and Northern Lincolnshire

Lot 13 Installation, Maintenance and/or Repairs to Rendering and Plasterwork – Yorkshire and Humber  

Lot 14 Provision of Damp Surveys and/or Remediation Surveys – Yorkshire and Humber 

Lot 15 Undertaking of Remedial Damp Works and Associated Repairs/Replacement Works (which could include Damp Surveys and/or Remediation Surveys) – Yorkshire and Humber   

Lot 16 Gardening and Grounds Maintenance – North Yorkshire  

Lot 17 Gardening and Grounds Maintenance – South Yorkshire  

Lot 18 Gardening and Grounds Maintenance – West Yorkshire   

Lot 19 Gardening and Grounds Maintenance – East Yorkshire and Northern Lincolnshire

Lot 20 Installation, Maintenance and/or Repairs to Gates and Fencing – North Yorkshire 

Lot 21 Installation, Maintenance and/or Repairs to Gates and Fencing – South Yorkshire 

Lot 22 Installation, Maintenance and/or Repairs to Gates and Fencing – West Yorkshire  

Lot 23 Installation, Maintenance and/or Repairs to Gates and Fencing – East Yorkshire and Northern Lincolnshire

Lot 24 Minor Civil Engineering (including but not limited to retaining walls, drainage, paths, paving and tarmac) – North Yorkshire

Lot 26 Minor Civil Engineering Minor Civil Engineering (including but not limited to retaining walls, drainage, paths, paving and tarmac) – West Yorkshire      

Lot 27 Minor Civil Engineering (including but not limited to retaining walls, drainage, paths, paving and tarmac) – East Yorkshire and Northern Lincolnshire       

Lot 28 General Building Works (including but not limited to remodelling, refurbishment and small extensions/new build works) – North Yorkshire  

Lot 30 General Building Works (including but not limited to remodelling, refurbishment and small extensions/new build works) – West Yorkshire   

Lot 31 General Building Works (including but not limited to remodelling, refurbishment and small extensions/new build works) – East Yorkshire and Northern Lincolnshire

Lot 32 Installation, Maintenance and/or Repairs to Glazing and Ironmongery – North Yorkshire   

Lot 33 Installation, Maintenance and/or Repairs to Glazing and Ironmongery – South Yorkshire   

Lot 34 Installation, Maintenance and/or Repairs to Glazing and Ironmongery – West Yorkshire    

Lot 35 Installation, Maintenance and/or Repairs to Glazing and Ironmongery – East Yorkshire and Northern Lincolnshire       

Lot 36 Portable Appliance Testing – Yorkshire and Humber           

Lot 37 Drainage Maintenance and Repair Work – Yorkshire and Humber

Lot 38 Installation, Maintenance and/or Repairs to Electric Car Charging Points - Yorkshire & Humber

Lot 39 Installation of Cavity Wall Insulation – Yorkshire and Humber         

Lot 42 Installation or Replacement of Flooring (including but not limited to carpet and contract flooring) – West Yorkshire            

Lot 43 Installation or Replacement of Flooring (including but not limited to carpet and contract flooring) – East Yorkshire and Northern Lincolnshire
