What is a Dynamic Purchasing System?
A Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) is similar to a Framework Agreement, except new Contractors can join at any time through an OJEU compliant route.
A DPS is utilised via a 2-stage approach. A brief summary of each stage is detailed below:
Contractors can join a DPS framework arrangement at any point though its lifetime.
The application process tends to be simpler and less costly to prepare. Therefore, DPSs tend to be more attractive to SMEs to apply for.
In November 2019, EN:Procure launched a Dynamic Purchasing System for Installation, Repsonsive Repairs and Maintenance. The lots are:
Lot 1 Installation, Maintenance and/or Repairs to Plumbing Systems – North Yorkshire
Lot 2 Installation, Maintenance and/or Repairs to Plumbing Systems – South Yorkshire
Lot 3 Installation, Maintenance and/or Repairs to Plumbing Systems – West Yorkshire
Lot 4 Installation, Maintenance and/or Repairs to Plumbing Systems – East Yorkshire and Northern Lincolnshire
Lot 5 Installation, Maintenance and/or Repairs to Gas and Heating Systems – North Yorkshire
Lot 6 Installation, Maintenance and/or Repairs to Gas and Heating Systems – South Yorkshire
Lot 7 Installation, Maintenance and/or Repairs to Gas and Heating Systems – West Yorkshire
Lot 8 Installation, Maintenance and/or Repairs to Gas and Heating Systems – East Yorkshire and Northern Lincolnshire
Lot 9 Installation, Maintenance and/or Repairs to Electrical Systems – North Yorkshire

Lot 16 Gardening and Grounds Maintenance – North Yorkshire
Lot 17 Gardening and Grounds Maintenance – South Yorkshire
Lot 18 Gardening and Grounds Maintenance – West Yorkshire
Lot 19 Gardening and Grounds Maintenance – East Yorkshire and Northern Lincolnshire
Lot 20 Installation, Maintenance and/or Repairs to Gates and Fencing – North Yorkshire

Lot 42 Installation or Replacement of Flooring (including but not limited to carpet and contract flooring) – West Yorkshire
Lot 43 Installation or Replacement of Flooring (including but not limited to carpet and contract flooring) – East Yorkshire and Northern Lincolnshire
