Yorkshire Housing Menston development progressing well

Termrim Construction are making good progress on the Moor Lane scheme for Yorkshire Housing, developing 113 high-quality, affordable homes in the beautiful location of Menston in West Yorkshire.

Plots 1 to 23 have reached final decoration stage, with a wide range of trades on site carrying out works including substructure, joinery, window and door installation, plastering, and finishing touches.  Work is also ongoing on the site’s retaining walls.

After previous contractor Tolent went into administration, Yorkshire Housing appointed new contractor Termrim Construction Ltd through EN:Procure’s new build housing framework.

The development, which includes a mix of two, three and four-bedroom homes, has funding from Homes England and will include shared ownership and affordable rent homes, delivering much-needed high quality new housing for people in West Yorkshire.

The scheme is scheduled for completion in Autumn 2026.
