As Social landlords investing in delivery schemes we are shaping retrofit delivery capacity for the whole housing market. We have a real and present opportunity and responsibility to act more strategically and ensure, as part of this key longer term 3 year investment programme, we commission and scale up our investment in this emerging market.
We need to act more cohesively and collaborate to create the right environment, with the right support, to enable the construction and skills sectors to respond to the growing need for capacity and skills growth. We can then enable new real green jobs for the communities you serve, mitigating as far as possible inflationary pressures, and reducing delivery risks.
