EN:Connect Procurement – Contract Management and Modification with Kieran McGaughey

This session led by Procurement Law Expert Kieran McGaughey is 2 of 3 training sessions delivered through EN:Procure’s EN:Connect webinar series to deliver training to our members on key Procurement topics. 

This session will explore the new focus on contract management under the Procurement Act 2023. We will also look at the new rules on contract modifications, including the increased transparency requirements around this area.

This stream of webinars is open to all social housing landlords operating in Northern England. 

This workstream seeks to improve procurement and supply outcomes for our members continuously by offering a platform for EN:Procure to consult with our members to develop our framework and service offerings.

The group will also consider the upcoming legislative changes effecting procurement, governmental policy, economic effects and stability of supply chains and our strategies and responses to these.
