We’re excited to announce that we’ve achieved the Investors in People We Invest in People Gold Standard.
Gold accreditation means that we not only have good policies in place but also that everyone, from CEO to apprentice takes ownership for making them come to life. Only 28% of organisations achieve gold. Our overall score was well above the average, with all indicators progressing from Developed to Advanced, recognising that we are a confident, values-led, well-performing organisation with a strong belief in our future – going from Good to Great.
Paul Devoy, CEO of Investors in People, said: “We’d like to congratulate Efficiency North. Gold accreditation on We invest in people is a fantastic effort for any organisation, and places Efficiency North in fine company with a host of organisations that understand the value of people.”
Jonathan Shaw, Deputy Chief Executive of Efficiency North, said: “We believe that the success of Efficiency North begins and ends with our people. We want our team to have the best possible experience. We’ll be using the feedback they gave in the survey and interviews to consider recommendations for an action plan so we can keep making positive changes and continue improving to sustain our high performance over the long term.”
