Tender deadlines extended for new frameworks

More time for contractors to bid for EN:Procure's new New Build and Installation and Repairs frameworks

EN:Procure has announced an extension to the bidding for its latest  frameworks to amplify the opportunity for contractors to bid beyond the summer holiday period.

Installation and Repairs framework

The deadline to tender for the new installation and repairs framework is now 29 September.

The latest iteration of the framework, valued at £3.2bn, is made up of 37 lots covering a wide range of installations and repairs including electrical, heating, roofing and brickwork. The framework will be available for social housing projects across Yorkshire and Humber, the East Midlands and the North West.

New Build framework

The deadline to tender for the new New Build framework is now 10 October.

The latest ‘Gen-4’ version of the new build framework, valued at £700m, covers all aspects of new build housing, including design, site preparation and remediation, civil engineering and infrastructure works, new build construction and refurbishment.
