Additionally, he has 3+ years of experience in private residential building construction delivery and project management with design knowledge acquired post-civil engineering bachelor’s and diploma degree in India.
ROLE AT EFFICIENCY NORTH
As Framework Manager Vijay handles frameworks, calling offs, multi-disciplinary consultancy services and preparation of tender documents for new frameworks.
SKILLS & EXPERTISE
With a Masters in construction project management from University of Salford and an MSc in Quantity Surveying from Sheffield Hallam University, he has expertise in building technology, materials, and construction delivery. Vijay has skills and expertise in contract management, handling procurement process, pre-construction process, cost planning, forecasting, measuring drawings for take-off quantities, account management, Auto CAD & E-tendering portals.
