EXPERIENCE

Nathan joined EN:Procure in 2019 as an apprentice in Construction and the Built Environment through EN:Able Futures, studying at Leeds College of Building, before becoming a fully employed member of the team in 2020. Nathan completed his BSc (Hons) at Leeds Beckett University in 2025.

ROLE AT EFFICIENCY NORTH

As Assistant Framework Manager Nathan supports the delivery of compliant and commercially robust procurements across EN:Procure’s construction, consultancy, retrofit and building safety frameworks. He is the lead for the EN:Procure Framework for Lifts Installation, Refurbishment and Maintenance. 

SKILLS & EXPERTISE

Nathan is proficient in risk analysis, supporting value‑for‑money and embedding ESG and social value requirements into frameworks. data reporting, CRM systems and process optimisation. He contributes to process improvement through KPI automation, CRM enhancements and data analysis, strengthening commercial governance and supporting more informed decision‑making across the business.
