Having worked for 30 years in the construction industry for various main contractors, predominantly in the social housing sector, Aaron brings to EN Procure a wealth of experience, knowledge and understanding of all the commercial mechanics within the industry.
ROLE AT EFFICIENCY NORTH
As Commercial and Contract Support Manager has also a solid understanding of contracts and how best to implement what he calls the ‘the rules of the game’. On this front, his adopted approach is one of a non-adversarial nature applied mindfully to the contract obligations, as Aaron firmly believes this is the optimum route to attaining the successful completion of a project for all concerned.
