New EN Deputy Chief Executive

Jonathan Shaw appointed Deputy Chief Executive of Efficiency North Holdings Ltd

We are delighted to announce that Jonathan Shaw has been appointed to the position of Deputy Chief Executive of Efficiency North Holdings Limited.

Since joining the company amid the Covid-19 Pandemic in May 2020, Jonathan has demonstrated the highest levels of commitment, resilience and flexibility in carrying out his role as Chief of Corporate Services and has quickly become a most dependable member of the Executive Management Team. He has formed close and supportive working relationships with his team and is well respected by the companyā€™s staff and directors.

Alongside his role with Efficiency North, he is currently Chair of the Board of Leeds Jewish Housing Association and provides oversight of the finances of the Portland College Charity.

Jonathan broughtĀ over 10 years of experience in the social housing sector when he joined EN, having previously held positions asĀ Director of Corporate Services and then Joint Chief Operating Officer at Sheffield Homes and moreĀ recently as Director of Investment and Business Services at Nottingham City Homes. He started his career as a finance professional within various manufacturing engineering companies before moving into senior management.

On his appointment Jonathan said,Ā ā€œI canā€™t think of a better place to work than Efficiency North. We have the best team of people delivering much needed procurement for social housing in Northern England and Flexi Job Apprenticeships into the construction sector. Working with everyone at Efficiency North is an absolute pleasure and I look forward to contributing further in my new role.ā€
