Efficiency North were delighted to welcome Chief Executive of Lincolnshire Housing Partnership Ceri Theobald to the board in December. As non-executive director, he will represent one of the consortium’s longstanding member social housing providers.
Ceri is a strategic executive leader with a diverse background spanning both the private and public sectors, having previously held executive leadership roles with Futures Housing Group, Kier and Homeserve. In addition to his role at Efficiency North, Ceri is a member of the Estates Committee for Anglia Ruskin University, contributing to the strategic oversight of the university’s estate management.
With 30 years of commercial experience, Ceri brings a wealth of expertise in leadership, governance, and strategic development, whose work reflects a strong commitment to fostering collaboration, sustainability, and measurable community impact, aligning with Efficiency North’s mission to drive positive change.
