EN:Procure is pleased to announce the first contract award under our Gen 4 Framework for the installation, refurbishment and maintenance of lifts, stairlifts and personal lifting equipment. This milestone supports Together Housing in the successful appointment of Sheridan Lifts.
This procurement brought together multiple workstreams including design, servicing and maintenance, future lift replacement installations, mobilisation planning, and ESG considerations. It required a structured, compliant approach capable of adapting to delivery realities while maintaining pace and certainty.
Through close collaboration with Together Housing and Sheridan Lifts, EN:Procure supported the process end-to-end – from early engagement and procurement route selection through to mobilisation—helping both client and contractor align expectations and transition smoothly into live delivery.
The contract commenced on 1 April 2026, with service delivery now underway and initial commercial lift installations scheduled to follow.
A sincere thank you to everyone involved for their open, professional and solutions-focused approach throughout. This is a strong example of what can be achieved when procurement is treated as a delivery enabler, not just a gateway.
We look forward to continuing our support to Together Housing and Sheridan Lifts as delivery progresses, and to building on this first Gen 4 award as further projects come to market.
Sophie Morgan, Category Manager Property Services, Together Housing said: “Together Housing is committed to robust procurement that delivers outstanding value and meaningful outcomes for our residents, stakeholders and communities. In working with EN:Procure, we not only gained access to a specialist market and framework but also benefited from added assurance and expert oversight from their fantastic team.”
Joe Alexopoulos, Managing Director, Sheridan Lifts added: “We are very excited to be working with the Together Housing team and were delighted to welcome everyone to our office for a meet and greet last week.
“Our ethos is aligned in delivering services that meet residents’ expectations, supported by a tailored delivery plan to ensure full compliance across all aspects of lift activity.
“This contract further strengthens Sheridan Lifts’ position as one of the UK’s leading independent lift companies, building on our established presence across Yorkshire and Lancashire. Finally, I would like to thank Together Housing and EN:Procure for this opportunity, and we look forward to a long and successful partnership.”
