EN:Procure team welcomes four new members

EN:Procure has welcomed four new team members over the past three months, bringing a wide range of skills to the organisation. Aaron Ziemniak joins as commercial and contract support manager, Mohammad Zeeshan Ali as intermediate framework manager, Joe Came as ESG manager, and Alex White as assistant supply chain apprentice.

Emma Mottram, director of operations for EN:Procure, said: “It’s an exciting time of growth at EN:Procure, and each of our new team members has fantastic knowledge and experience to bring to the table. We’re really looking forward to nurturing their talent and helping them develop their skills and abilities. There’s no limit to the opportunities we have available for those who want to excel in a career in this industry, and we offer lots of support for our new starters, to help them progress with the company.”

Aaron has spent three decades working in the social housing sector and has a deep understanding of the rising challenges faced, and also how to tackle them. He will be providing commercial input into the various procurement routes provided by EN:Procure, as well as commercial and contractual advice on live projects.

“I was particularly attracted to the values of EN:Procure,” he said, after joining the team in October. “Specifically, the impact this role will have in the procurement of works within the social housing sector. I’m hopeful that my experience and knowledge will make a positive impact on the ‘why’ behind EN:Procure, and I’m looking forward to working on my aspiration of helping EN exceed expectations in terms of value for money.”

With nine years’ experience in the construction industry behind him, Mohammad’s new role will see him supporting the wider framework team in understanding and meeting client requirements, as well as evaluating tenders and preparing tender documents. He hopes his extensive experience and knowledge will also help improve experiences for EN:Procure’s members.

Having also joined in October, ESG manager Joe will be helping to develop the organisation’s ESG policy, reporting and awareness, as well as supporting social value delivery and net zero progress internally and with Efficiency North members.

He said: “Having a background in social value and sustainability within construction, I’m particularly keen to get involved in policy and strategy work in this new role.” Joe’s experience will be vital as Efficiency North continues its commitment to delivering social value with real world impact.

Alex also recently joined the team as assistant supply chain apprentice.  This is his first role outside full-time education after he recently completed A Levels in Product Design/Design and Technology, and Business Studies. He will now further his learning and industry experience alongside the team.

Emma added: “We’re always eager to grow and develop our team to ensure we’re leading the way in first-class procurement. The newest additions to EN:Procure exemplify this and we can’t wait to see them progress and drive the organisation forward.”
