The EN:Procure team enjoyed an evening at the G4C Yorkshire & Humber Awards 2025, coming together to celebrate their apprentice Alex White’s achievement as a finalist.
Although Alex didn’t take home the trophy on the night at The Royal Armouries in Leeds, his selection as a finalist for Technical Apprentice of the Year was a moment of great pride for everyone at EN:Procure. The team made the most of the evening, celebrating Alex’s success and the incredible progress he’s made during his apprenticeship.
A night of recognition and team spirit
While he didn’t win the category, being shortlisted alone recognised the exceptional talent, determination, and professionalism he’s demonstrated throughout his apprenticeship.
Emma Mottram, Director of Operations at EN:Procure said: “We didn’t win the award this time, but Alex’s nomination alone means a great deal. Seeing our whole team gathered to cheer Alex on was a reminder of what we value at EN:Procure — we aim high, we enjoy and we make it happen together.”
Recognition Beyond the Awards
Alex’s achievements have also caught the attention of national media. He was recently featured in an article in The Sun highlighting inspiring young apprentices pursuing their dream careers in the UK construction and technical sectors. The feature shone a light on Alex’s passion for learning and the value of apprenticeships as a pathway into rewarding careers.
