EN awarded IIP accreditation

Investors in People award EN their standard "We invest in people" accreditation

We’re delighted to announce that following assessment by Investors in People, we have been successful in achieving their ‘We invest in people’ standard accreditation for the first time.

The accreditation is awarded based on staff feedback collected through a survey and interviews with a random sample.  The result showed that our people say Efficiency North is a great place to work; that we have a strong set of values that everyone believes in; that they’re proud of Efficiency North’s positive impact on society; that our future plans are well communicated; that the organisation works hard to improve career progression through learning and development, and that they trust in our leadership.

This assessment was a useful opportunity to identify areas where we can improve and we will be using staff feedback to create an action plan.

The 3-year accreditation includes annual check-ins to support and monitor our action plan for further improvement, so we continue to meet, or exceed, the requirements of the award.

EN scored within the top 20% of employers with between 25 and 49 employees across all industry sectors.

Efficiency North Chair Pauline Davis commented; “We are delighted that Investors in People have awarded Efficiency North their standard level accreditation.  This recognises how much we care about our people and are ambitious to do more for them, to provide the best working environment, learning and development opportunities, recognition and progression.”
