Directors retire from EN Holdings Board after long service

The Board and Executive team were all very sad to say goodbye to Vice Chair Mark Jones and Independent Director Chris Banks at the board’s December meeting, marking the end of a combined 15 years of distinguished service.  Mark joined the board in July 2017, bringing 30+ years’ experience in social housing, and was appointed Vice Chair in 2021. Chris joined in September 2018, offering over 30 years’ experience in health and social care.

Independent Chair Pauline Davis and Chief Executive Lee Parkinson presented Mark and Chris with gift vouchers as a token of appreciation for their commitment and contribution.

Lee Parkinson said, “Both Mark and Chris have been outstanding Directors of Efficiency North Holdings Limited.   Both have given us their wisdom and expertise to help guide our organisation through significant challenges including floods, Brexit, the pandemic, the cost of living crisis, office relocations and a period of superb trading growth.  Throughout it all, their wealth of leadership and operational insight, extensive senior leadership knowledge and sense of humour have been a great asset to the company.  They will both be greatly missed.”

The Board and Executive Team extend their sincere thanks to Mark and Chris and wish them both every happiness in the future.
