OVERVIEW
The DPS (Dynamic Purchasing System) for Major and Minor Construction Works provides a broad range of major and minor construction works to support EN:Procure members and licensees.
These works include various installation works, responsive repairs works, maintenance works and new build works, predominantly to social housing, private domestic properties, public sector and commercial buildings but may extend to other property types that are owned or managed by EN:Procure members and licensees.
Whilst the DPS would be UK wide, Contractors will be able to select particular regions that they operate in.
A DPS is a completely electronic process conducted in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015.
