Hannah is our hero

EN:Able Futures' Hannah Norton works hard to help out during the pandemic as one of the national Volunteer Army

We’re very proud of Development Coach Hannah Norton and how she’s been living Efficiency North’s core value We Care every day during the coronavirus pandemic.

She is one of the Volunteer Army giving up 590 hours total of her evenings and weekends to help out in a variety of ways as a member of the Red Cross response, Community Covid-19 response group, an NHS Good Samaritan responder and a Rotherham hero.

Volunteers are vital now to support those in the community who are vulnerable and therefore isolating or shielding.

Help needed can be collecting prescriptions, food shopping for items they've been unable to get, delivering food parcels or just generally being a friend and chatting with more lonely residents.  All of course whilst maintaining a safe social distance.

“I’m proud of my voluntary work so far and I really encourage other people to get involved,” commented Hannah.
