How do we set ourselves up for success in developing brownfield sites and how do we bridge to viability gap?

This session will be lead by Lee Parkinson, Chief Executive Officer, Efficiency North. Lee has over 28 years of experience in the construction and housing sector and champions intelligent procurement approaches including early contractor involvement, efficient supply chain management solutions through technology and social value delivery.

Lee will deliver this session accompanied by our guest speakers Ben Aspinall and Atam Verdi from Aspinall Verdi at 9:40 - 10:15 and Tracie Seals from Land and Infrastructure Services (LandIS) at 10:20 - 10:50

Atam is a Chartered Surveyor who has specialised in the field of development consulting and regeneration. He has experience in public sector funding, market analysis, viability studies, masterplanning, options appraisals, procurement negotiation of planning and S106 matters, feasibility studies, masterplanning and other development related economics.

Having worked at a number of leading practices Atam has teamed up with Ben Aspinall to establish a new consultancy providing both public and private sector clients with a bespoke service.

Tracie Seals, Land Manager, Land and Infrastructure Services (LandIS)

Tracie has over 20 years’ experience in the public sector and has been an ambassador for social housing where she created and implemented change strategy at local, city-region and regional level.

Tracie specialises in housing management, new-build, large scale housing renovation, and building asset investment and has achieved tangible capital and carbon savings whilst creating sustainable homes.

As Land Manager for a prestigious National house builder, Tracie is passionate about scoping for, and delivering residential, and commercial, land opportunities across the nation.
