EN:Connect Carbon Reduction & Retrofit

Wednesday 20th April 2022 at 09:30 - 11:00

This EN:Connect Retrofit and Carbon Reduction focus:

With the 50% in energy bills and the forecasts for longer term energy costs also being dire (another 50%+), fuel poverty will become much more prevalent and a greater challenge for all of us to seek to address.

With this in mind, the next session will therefore focus on the fantastic and ground breaking work THG have been doing on solar energy and storage, their peer to peer energy services model and business case and the learning from what they have done so far and what they are doing next in creating localised energy networks to reduce tenants bills.

This session will be led by Patrick Berry, Director for Together Net Zero and there will be chance for you to ask lots of questions about their work to date in this space.

There will also be a discussion about Retrofit Pipelines, Private Sector Affordable Warmth/HUG delivery and Scaling Up retrofit skills

Please contact Carl Bairstow carl.bairstow@efficiencynorth.org to join this session
