EXPERIENCE

John Hughes has worked with EN:Procure Ltd on a contracted basis since 2022, collaborating closely with Director of Operations, Carl Bairstow, to expand membership and grow trading activity. Prior to this, he held senior business development roles with major contractors including Lovell and Keepmoat, where he built a strong reputation and an extensive network across the industry.

ROLE AT EFFICIENCY NORTH

John joined EN:Procure Ltd permanently as Head of Account Management, where he will lead on the implementation of our new Account Management Strategy. He will also be responsible for maximising the use of our CRM to strengthen engagement with members and support further growth across our frameworks.

SKILLS & EXPERTISE

John brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership experience, underpinned by a MSDP (senior management course) from Cranfield University, a Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing from Guildhall University, and a BA (Hons) in History from the University of Nottingham. Alongside his professional expertise, John is a passionate cricket fan who continues to play, coach, and lead a local cricket club.
