A level 6 qualified careers adviros, Hannah has worked with Apprenticeships for almost 13 years. Her roles have covered a huge variety of vocational qualifications, within both the education and employment sectors.
ROLE AT EFFICIENCY NORTH
As an Apprenticeship Manager for EN:Able Futures, Hannah manages a number of professional and trade apprentices in the construction & Social housing industries. This includes recruitment, employee induction & college enrolment followed by ongoing professional, academic, wrap-around pastoral support and management for the duration of the apprenticeship. Hannah works between the host organisation (who are offering a work placement for the apprentice), the college/University and the apprentice themselves to ensure a cohesive programme of support and monitoring.
