Ceri was appointed as member director of Efficiency North in December 2024. Currently serving as Chief Executive of Lincolnshire Housing Partnership, Ceri is a strategic executive leader with a diverse background spanning both the private and public sectors.
Ceri has previously held Executive Leadership Roles with Futures Housing Group, Kier and Homeserve. In addition to his role at Efficiency North, Ceri is a member of the Estates Committee for Anglia Ruskin University, where they contribute to the strategic oversight of the university’s estate management.
With 30 years of commercial experience, Ceri brings a wealth of expertise in leadership, governance, and strategic development. Their work reflects a strong commitment to fostering collaboration, sustainability, and measurable community impact, aligning with Efficiency North’s mission to drive positive change.
