SME builder Kelsey constructed 8 much needed new family homes on 2 adjacent sites in Golcar, delivered through the New Build framework.
This was the first new build scheme for Kirklees Neighbourhood Housing for a number of years. EN:Procure’s new build specialists, Kevin Knott and Jay Patel, worked with KNH, Kelsey and BSB architects to amend a previously approved design, meeting the requirements of Kirklees Neighbourhood Housing and satisfying the Planner.
Kelsey completed the 8 homes on time in March 2019.
