EN:Procure is a not for profit procurement consortium established in 2006 to serve the construction procurement needs of the social housing landlord community in Northern England.

Through intelligent procurement solutions we save our members money, add transformative social value and provide a place where they can share best practice and good ideas.

EN Procure (ENP) offers its members a range of procurement routes via our established frameworks and a bespoke procurement offer as we understand one size does not fit all. We provide a fully managed framework offer working collaboratively with members, not just in procurement, but supporting them throughout the life of all contracts to make sure the best possible outcomes are achieved. We are committed to working collaboratively to generate both sustainable efficiency savings in the construction and maintenance supply chain and to drive transformative social value outcomes for communities. Landlords can also benefit from benchmarking across a range of suppliers and contractors to ensure best value is achieved.

Our activity and supply chains are regionally focussed, encouraging local contractors in building local economies, driving value for money through our intelligent procurement solutions, with a clear purpose to maximise any social benefits to support social landlord members’ aspirations for their tenants and wider communities.

Since the formation of the consortium in 2006, Efficiency North has delivered over £100m of efficiencies with its members whilst maintaining a strong focus on our other core themes of workforce development, community investment, and environmental sustainability.
