EN:Able Futuresmentioned last month that from April 2018 levy employers will be able to transfer 10% of their levy funding to employers in their supply chain and Apprenticeship Training Agencies (ATA). Futureworks Yorkshire was pleased to successfully register as an ATA earlier this year and has been working with a number of partners to support this offer. We know from the ESFA, development work continues to take place to ensure employers will have the facility to carry out levy transfer in April next year using the apprenticeship service.
In addition to this from April 2019, ESFA aim to have all employers managing their apprenticeship programmes and funding via an online facility. Over the next 18 months, this part of the service will be designed and developed. During this time, ESFA will be in contact with non-levy paying employers to make sure the service meets their needs.
