Following the successful appointment as 1 of 16 Flexi-Job Apprenticeship Agencies registered with the government, EN:Able Futures are pleased to announce they are now offering their unique service in the North East.
EN:Able Futures are the only organisation in the North East providing a Flexi-Job Apprenticeship Service in Construction, and will be recruiting apprentices for organisations operating in the construction and built environment sector from the Tees Valley up to the Scottish Borders.
Using the Humber Construction Skills Hub as a model, EN:Able Futures are also developing a similar Hub in Darlington, which will be based at the Burtree Garden Village Development. The new site will offer training opportunities for those individuals seeking entry level careers in construction, those unemployed and those wishing to switch careers. EN:Able Futures are also working closely with social landlords around the area to develop a unique Retrofit Assessor Training Qualification that will be delivered from the Darlington Construction Skills Hub.
With the successful expansion into the North East, EN:Able Futures have recently recruited William Oliver, Senior Apprenticeship Manager and Sophie Richardson, Assistant Apprenticeship Manager. William and Sophie will be working with Apprentices and Host Employers across the North East to support them on their apprenticeship journeys. Both William and Sophie started out there careers as apprentices themselves and are looking forward to supporting apprentices with first hand advice and experience. You can read more about their apprenticeship journeys here. (link).
