Eight new EN:Able Futures apprentices join Lincolnshire Housing Partnership (LHP)

Efficiency North member LHP benefits from new trade talent

As part of the ongoing bid to recruit circa 28 apprentices over 3 years through EN:Able Futures, LHP recently took on eight new trade apprentices from the local communities they operate in.

The newly appointed plumbing, electrical and property maintenance apprentices all come with a L2 qualification in their chosen trade, so they all have some prior knowledge and are keen to progress onto their Level 3 apprenticeships to become fully qualified.

The Development Coach for the apprentices, Tracey Worsnop, said: “They are all doing really well so far, having already done their Level 2 qualifications proves they are motivated to progress in their chosen trades and working with host LHP is giving them plenty of the hands-on experience.”
