New Apprentices Strengthen Partnership with Termrim Construction

EN:Able Futures is excited to welcome two new apprentices to Termrim Construction.

EN:Able Futures is proud to announce the addition of two new apprentices to Termrim Construction, highlighting our strong partnership in workforce development. Termrim Construction has a proven track record of nurturing talent through robust career development pathways, and we are thrilled to support their continued success.

Reece Cunningham joined Termrim on May 7, 2024, as a Quantity Surveying Apprentice. Based on a new build site in Menton, Reece will begin his Level 4 qualification in Quantity Surveying at Leeds College of Building this September. His role will be pivotal in ensuring accurate cost management and financial efficiency on the project.

Ruby Ineson started at Termrim’s Head Office in Huddersfield on July 1, 2024. Enrolled in the Level 4 Design Technician Standard, Ruby will commence her studies at Leeds College of Building in September, where she will develop her skills in design and technical drawing. Her role at Termrim will be instrumental in supporting the design team with innovative solutions.

Termrim Construction’s collaboration with EN:Able Futures has resulted in many successful apprenticeships. Two notable examples are Callum Quigley and Liam Mansbridge who both started out with Level 4 Apprenticeships in Construction Site Management and are progressing onto Level 6 Degree apprenticeships.

Our partnership with Termrim is dedicated to providing high-quality apprenticeship opportunities that align with their workforce development needs. By nurturing the next generation of construction professionals, we help ensure a skilled and capable workforce for the future. We look forward to seeing Reece and Ruby thrive in their new roles and contribute to the continued success of Termrim Construction.
