Boosting Future Talent through flexi-job apprenticeships
EN:Able Futures is delighted to welcome a talented group of new apprentices who recently started their journeys with us. These young professionals are embarking on various career paths, partnering with esteemed host employers, and pursuing qualifications that will equip them with essential skills for the construction and business sectors.
Awais Ahmed started with ProTen Services in Leeds in June, 2024. Awais is pursuing a Level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship at Bradford College, gaining valuable experience in a dynamic business environment.
Samuel Hawke joined ACIS in Gainsborough, Lincolnshire, in June, 2024, as a Level 3 Apprentice Asset Surveyor. He is already progressing with T-3 Training, following the Construction Support Technician standard.
Isaac Mallin started with Spencer Civils in July, 2024, working as a Site Engineer Apprentice on a project in Leeds City Centre. Isaac will follow the Level 3 Civil Engineering Technician standard at Leeds College of Building starting this September.
Addison McNamara began his apprenticeship with GRK Civils in July, 2024, as a Level 3 Site Engineer Apprentice. Currently working on a site in Huddersfield, Addison will start his studies in Civil Engineering at Leeds College of Building in September.
Joel Alderson joined Buston and Maughan as a Property Maintenance Apprentice, Joel will begin his Level 2 Qualification in September at New College Durham. Joel will be working across various sites in the North East, to allow him to gain experience in all different trades including joinery, plumbing and plastering.
We are thrilled to support these promising apprentices and are confident they will significantly contribute to their respective fields. Their development aligns with our commitment to fostering new talent and providing exceptional learning opportunities within the construction industry.
