Paula is Tri-Lingual and enjoys nature and working with crafts. She began her career in care before moving via her Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship into the social housing sector with EN:Able Futures and her host.

Paula started out working with waste management, asbestos, policies and legislation before more recently being nominated as the web champion, which is centred on the employee hub. Paula will be updating compliance subjects such as gas, asbestos and water. Additionally, Paula has been assisting with creating instructional videos for community support officers and scheme managers, they are trying to minimise plumbers making unnecessary visits and reviewing processes in line with this. Paula has also recently taken up  gas migration work which will be more of a focus, this is an entirely new area for Paula so she has a lot to learn.
