What difference has doing the apprenticeship made to your life?
Joel feels that interacting with so many people on site has improved how confident he feels when communicating with people.
He loves that he does an active job that keeps him busy and that he’s doing something he enjoys.
What are your aims for your future career?
Joel wants to do shutter joinery afterwards, perhaps looking at supervisory roles long-term.
