EN:Able Futures seeking 4 apprentices for host Termrim Construction Ltd


Termrim Construction Ltd will host 4 apprentices with excellent opportunities to start a career in construction.

EN:Able Futures have partnered with Yorkshire-based construction contractor Termrim Construction Ltd to provide four exciting new apprenticeship opportunities.

Termrim Construction Ltd an award-winning construction company that successfully delivers multimillion-pound projects in both the public and private sectors across the North of England and the Midlands.

Three of the apprenticeships will involve working on a brand-new housing development for Efficiency North member Bridge Homes. Building is about to commence in Stanley Ferry, Wakefield, St Swithens, so joining the Termrim team at this early stage will give the successful candidates the unique opportunity to experience working on a large project from start to finish.

Level 4 Apprentice Quantity Surveyor – This role will be based 80% in Wakefield and 20% in Huddersfield.

Level 4 Apprentice Design Technician – This role will be based at Termrim head office in Huddersfield.

Level 4 Apprentice Construction Site Manager – This role will be based on-site at St Swithens.

The fourth apprenticeship opportunity is for another Level 4 Apprentice Construction Site Manager who will work on a the final phase of a £45 million development of 113 homes for Beyond Housing at Mill Meadows, Muston Road in Filey.
