We’re delighted to share our video of Bradley Marshall who talks about his journey from EN:Able Futures apprentice to Civil & Structural Engineer at Alan Wood & Partners.

EN:Able Futures have been working with Alan Wood & Partners for over 7 years, building futures for both the business by developing its skilled workforce and the young people starting their careers through an apprenticeship with our Flexi-Job Apprenticeship Service..

Having completed his Level 3 apprenticeship with EN:Able Futures, Bradley is now studying towards a Civil Engineering Degree Apprenticeship at University of Derby and working as a Civil & Structural Engineer.
