EN:Connect New Build Housing

The EN:Connect New Build Housing Group is open to all Members of Efficiency North Holdings Limited and other stakeholders by invite only. The group seeks to share knowledge and best practice in the development of new build housing covering a wide range of subjects across the development process including but not limited to:

• Funding

• Land acquisition

• Master planning

• Tenure models

• Planning and planning conditions

• Design and detailing

• Modern methods of construction

• Cost and procurement

• Contract management

• Quality and standards

The format for each group session will reflect the themes suggested by members of the group and external experts will be invited to the session to share their experience and thoughts. Their experience and thoughts will be underpinned by a practitioner based presentation with the opportunity for questions and answers. In addition, related theme offers and outcomes provided by EN:Procure and EN:Able Build will be shared at the group session.

Group members will be asked to shape the themes that the group wishes to explore and subsequent sessions will be shaped around them.
