Land Acquisition and Development Models
Our next EN:Connect New Build session takes place on Wednesday 9th March 2022 commencing at 09.30.
This session will focus on matters relating to land acquisition and development models. As land has started to become more scarce, registered providers of social housing are working more innovatively and strategically to unlock land to bring about affordable homes.
In this session we will be joined by Spawforths, award winning and innovative multidisciplinary team of architects, planners and master planners who will explore some of the issues relating to local plan promotion, viability, site gateway tests and probability weighted strategic land funnels.
We'll also be joined by Bielby Associates, a multi-disciplined Chartered Surveyors Practice specialising in Agency, Development and Investment Projects across the North of England. Bielby Associates are RICS Registered valuers and act for house builders, developers, land owners, private companies and individuals
