Suzanne Jobson, Karbon Homes and Board Director at Communities that Work

Susanne Jobson is the Foundations for Life Manager at Karbon Homes and board director of Communities that Work. Susanne will be providing the National Policy Update for this session.

Lee Parkinson MCIPS, MIoD, FRSA, Chief Executive at Efficiency North Holdings Ltd

Lee has over 28 years of experience in the construction and housing sector, having begun his career as a Youth Training Scheme Apprentice Construction Technician with a major contractor. In 2017 Lee spearheaded the corporate re-structure of Efficiency North to form Efficiency North Holdings Limited and its operating entities EN:Procure Limited, EN:Able Futures CIC, EN:Able Build Limited and our charity EN:Able Communities CIO. 

Grace Baylis, Job Coaching Operations Manager, BiTC

Grace is the within the People Programmes team of BITC. Alongside her team, she works to engage member business volunteers in various programmes to support individuals across the UK to develop skills, grow their knowledge of the job market and improve their wellbeing. Grace has been working on the national programme rollout of the job coaching programme over the last 12 months.

Mark Dixon, Employment & Training Manager, Clarion Futures

Mark has been the Employment & Training Manager for Clarion Futures Midlands and North region since September 2017 and has worked in the employment & training sector since 2001 managing externally funded provision in the not-for-profit, charity and further education sectors.  His role involves the design, development, and delivery of jobs & training in regions that include, Birmingham, Coventry, Walsall, Stoke, Sheffield, Greater Manchester, Leeds, and Bradford. In addition to this Mark also manages the Clarion Futures internal triage service (Guideline) and our Jobs & Training Grants programme. 

With four regional leads, Clarion Futures’ offer includes a mixture of, face-to-face IAG, traditional and online training, employer led provision and importantly partnership work.
