We are proud to announce that EN:Able Futures has been shortlisted as a finalist for SME of the Year at the Constructing Excellence Yorkshire and Humber Awards (CEYH) 2025.
The awards ceremony will take place on Thursday 17th July at the iconic New Dock Hall, Royal Armouries in Leeds. With this year’s theme, Electric Dreams, the evening promises to be more than just an industry celebration — it’s a tribute to those who construct not just buildings and infrastructure, but legacies that shape our communities and workforce.
The SME of the Year category recognises small and medium-sized enterprises that model Constructing Excellence principles — including innovation, collaboration, workforce culture, sustainability, and community impact. Judges are looking for businesses that demonstrate best practice in developing talent, inclusivity, staff wellbeing, safety, financial resilience, and industry leadership.
As a multi-award-winning Flexi-job apprenticeship provider, EN:Able Futures continues to drive innovation in workforce development across the built environment. Our approach tackles skills shortages and removes barriers for employers and apprentices alike through an inclusive model that prioritises training, support, and social mobility.
Being named as a finalist in this category is recognition of the commitment we share with our partners to build a stronger, more diverse, and more sustainable construction industry.
We look forward to celebrating with our peers on the night and sharing the spotlight with so many outstanding organisations in our region.
