EN:Able Futures Kicks Off National Apprenticeship Week 2024 with a Decade of Success

After 10 years of providing successful apprenticeships for the built environment, we share the secrets that make our service so special.

As National Apprenticeship Week 2024 begins, EN:Able Futures proudly celebrates its remarkable decade-long journey of providing innovative apprenticeship solutions for the built environment sector in Northern England.

During National Apprenticeship Week 2024 the EN:Able Futures team will be attending the following events:

Monday 5th February – Leeds Apprenticeship Recruitment Fair

Wednesday 7th February – Stockton Employment Hub

Thursday 8th February – Doncaster College Apprenticeship Fair

Friday 9th February – DWP Jobs Fair, Leeds

Also as part of National Apprenticeship Week we will be celebrating 10 years of providing award-winning apprenticeships by sharing some videos by our apprentices and host employers, talking about how apprenticeships have transformed thier careers and workforce, and how EN:Able Futures have helped them achieve their goals. Follow us on LinkedIN, Twitter and YouTube to see them.

Julie Deeley, Director of Operations at EN:Able Futures – “Our dedication to making apprenticeships accessible, cost-effective, and transformative for both hosts and apprentices is evident in the feedback we receive, and the fact that so many keep returning to us for their apprenticeship needs. I’m looking forward to sharing some of this feedback we’ve had from hosts and apprentices in short videos throughout National Apprenticeship Week “

Here are some of the key things that we do that make our flexi-job apprenticeships build lasting careers for apprentices and deliver skilled workers for employers.

Holistic Support for Hosts and Apprentices

EN:Able Futures takes pride in its commitment to simplifying the apprenticeship process for businesses, by serving as an intermediary, making the process of having apprentices completely hassle free for hosts, and providing in depth support for the apprentice including academic and professional mentoring, and pastoral help if needed.

Experienced Recruitment and Inclusive Approach

With a deep understanding of the apprenticeship agenda, EN:Able Futures navigates the complex landscape effortlessly. By collaborating closely with Social Housing Providers and Local Employment Groups, the organisation ensures inclusive and diverse recruitment that aligns with the needs of the community. Moreover, the experienced recruitment service not only lowers costs for hosts but also enhances the hiring process, guaranteeing skilled and motivated apprentices.

Diverse Apprenticeship Standards and Career Building

EN:Able Futures doesn’t just stop at simplicity; it is committed to offering a wide range of apprenticeship standards from Level 2 through to Level 6, and works closely with the host company to ensure the apprentice is receiving the work experience and personal development opportunities they desire to be able to excel, with many achieving Distinction grades.

Flexi-Job Apprenticeships: Breaking down Barriers and Saving Costs

As EN:Able Futures acts as the employer, flexi-job apprenticeships allow hosts businesses to benefit from apprenticeships by taking on an apprentice for as long as they require them, without committing to the full term of the apprenticeship if they are unable to. After a shorter hosting period comes to an end, EN:Able Futures takes the lead in finding the apprentice an alternative placement, ensuring a seamless transition for both hosts and apprentices, and ensuring that apprentices are never permanently displaced and unable to complete their apprenticeship.

A Decade of Success and Looking Towards the Future

With ten years of experience, EN:Able Futures has become synonymous with award-winning apprentice recruitment and support. Having provided 500 new apprenticeship opportunities, the organisation continues to play a vital role in building tomorrow’s workforce, today.

As National Apprenticeship Week unfolds, EN:Able Futures looks ahead to another decade of fostering talent, breaking down barriers and building careers in the built environment.
