EN:Able Futures in partnership with NHBC to deliver bricklaying apprenticeships in Hull

EN:Able Futures are delighted to announce that planning permission has now been received for the new NHBC Training Hub being built in Hull at the site of the Humber Construction Hub. 

EN:Able Futures are working in partnership with NHBC to create this unique learning facility, delivering bricklaying apprenticeships in a real-life site environment that is due to open in May 2023.

These hubs are unique, providing a realistic working environment where apprentices work full days under normal site conditions. Intensive blocks at these hubs prepare bricklaying apprentices for life on site and equip them with the skills to contribute to gangs from day one. 

Feedback from the industry has been excellent. What’s even better is that the bricklaying apprenticeship is accelerated and can be completed in 18 months with several intakes throughout the year – not just September.
