EN:Able Futures, a leading force in construction sector apprenticeships, takes great pride in announcing the remarkable achievement of Hannah Norton, Apprenticeship Manager, and Gabriele D’Alessio, Level 4 Construction Apprentice, as finalists in this year’s Construction Apprenticeship Awards.

These esteemed awards stand as a testament to the dedication and excellence within the construction industry, and EN:Able Futures is elated to have two exceptional individuals who embody our unwavering commitment to apprenticeships recognised at this level.

Hannah Norton, Apprenticeship Manager at EN:Able Futures, has been named a finalist in the Construction Apprenticeship Champion of the Year category. This category is reserved for passionate individuals who go above and beyond to champion apprenticeships within the construction industry. Hannah’s commitment to advancing apprenticeships has made her a beacon of excellence in the field.

Hannah Norton said: “I am truly honoured to be a Construction Apprenticeship Champion finalist. This recognition not only reflects my efforts but also the dedication of the entire EN:Able Futures team. Apprenticeships are the backbone of the construction industry, and I am thrilled to contribute to their growth and development.”

In another remarkable achievement for EN:Able Futures, Gabriele D’Alessio, a Level 4 Site Supervisor apprentice who recently completed his apprenticeship under Hannah’s mentorship whilst hosted with Esh Construction, has secured a spot as Level 4 Construction Apprentice of The Year finalist. Gabriele’s exceptional skills, relentless work ethic, and dedication to his craft have positioned him as a rising star in the construction industry. His journey is a testament to the effectiveness of EN:Able Futures’ apprenticeship programs.

Gabriele D’Alessio said: “Being named a finalist for Construction Apprentice of The Year is a tremendous honour. I owe a significant debt of gratitude to EN:Able Futures for their incredible support and guidance, which has empowered me to thrive in my career.’’

The Construction Apprenticeship Awards serve as a platform to celebrate excellence and recognise the exceptional achievements of Apprentices, Providers, Employers, Suppliers, and Assessors in the UK Construction Apprenticeships Sector.
