We are immensely proud of our entire team and their continued dedication to providing a flexi-job apprenticeship service to young people and businesses across Northern England.

Being able to celebrate the region’s apprenticeship achievements at the Royal Armouries Museum in Leeds on Wednesday 4 October was both rewarding and inspiring. In its 20th year, the awards continue to celebrate to the commitment, contribution, and success that apprenticeships bring to organisations across various sectors.

Julie Deeley, director of operations at EN:Able Futures, said

“It’s fantastic that our efforts in the region have been recognsied as the Regional Highly Commended Winner for Yorkshire and Humber. The commendation is a testament to the hard work and dedication of our small but mighty team of apprenticeship managers who collectively support around 70 apprentices at one time.

Julie added: “The fact that the judges were particularly impressed by our ability to showcase how our apprenticeships not only benefited the host companies we work with, but also transformed the lives and careers of our apprentices is exactly what we hope to achieve through our work.”
