OUR VISION
A simple solution to deliver quality apprenticeships in Construction and the Built Environment sector
HASSLE-FREE AND FLEXIBLE
As the apprentice employer, we operate as an extension of your team handling all employment recruiting and management, including wages, college qualifications and logistics – for an all-inclusive weekly fee. Our Flexi-job apprenticeship service means businesses can host an apprentice for the entire duration of the apprenticeship or a portion of it.
INDEPTH AND DIVERSE RECRUITMENT
With strong links to social housing registered provider communities and local employment networks our dedicated Recruitment Officer can promotes vacancies far and wide, pooling candidates from a diverse set of backgrounds whilst also pre-vetting them to suit the roles and business culture before the interview stage.
DEDICATED APPRENTICE SUPPORT
Our Apprenticeship Managers support both the apprentice and the host during the entire apprenticeship, they conduct regular reviews and provide career mentorship to keep each apprentice on track toward their career goals. They also offer pastoral support to address any personal issues that may arise, ensuring a smooth apprenticeship experience for all.
