ABOUT THE COMMUNITY FOUNDATION FUND
The Community Foundation Fund is a £250,000 capital grants programme to support community-led projects that make a real difference to people’s lives. We invest in practical initiatives that strengthen local resilience and improve wellbeing.
REDUCING POVERTY
Funding projects that tackle financial hardship, improve access to essential services, and create opportunities for people facing economic disadvantage.
HEALTHY LIVING
Supporting initiatives that promote physical and mental wellbeing, encourage active lifestyles, and improve access to health-focused facilities and resources.
The Community Foundation fund (CFF) is a £250,00 fund for community organisations. The Fund launches in April 2026 to celebrate the tenth anniversary of EN:Able Communities, the charity of Efficiency North. We want to support a range of requests for grants benefitting primarily Yorkshire and Humber communities in most need.
