A group of building contractors gathered at the Cedar Court Hotel in Wakefield to find out more about the background and workings of the EN:Able Build Collaborative Contractors Hub.

To be a member of this new initiative to deliver more homes more swiftly, contractors must
- have the capacity and capability to deliver high quality housing sites;
- be prepared to bring forward land opportunities; and
- be prepared to operate collaboratively on design, negotiation and delivery.
